Diane Deacon is President of Intellectual Equities Incorporation, a products, seminar and consulting corporation that provides “Out of the Box” thinking and results to companies worldwide. She is also co-founder of the Creative Thinking Association of America, which was founded to promote creativity and innovation.

Diane has worked for over 20 years with Mike Vance. Mike was the Dean of Disney University and in charge of Idea and People Development for Walt Disney Productions, Disneyland and Walt Disney World.
